About Us

Mission Statement

Time: it's our most personal and finite resource. With an appreciation for that fact, An Environmental Detail operates under a very simple key objective: to provide our clients with a service that enables us to partner with them in making a real difference. In other words, when you hire us and we serve you, we both minimize our impact on the environment, for the benefit of future generations.

Achieving this common 'green' goal is always our first priority at An Environmental Detail. From the products we use to our affect on your day, our services and business objectives reflect our commitment to making the most efficient, Earth-friendly use of resources. For instance:

* Purchase a Detail Experience, and the 30-45 minutes you would typically invest in personally giving your vehicle a thorough cleaning are yours again.

* The use of environmentally sensitive solutions on our part eliminates any negative environmental impact from our cleaning processes, making it a truly 'green' execution.

An Environmental Detail is focused on providing our clients with the opportunity to "green" yet another facet of their lives. In real terms, that means a vehicle detailed to their complete satisfaction, at their convenience, using environmentally sensitive solutions that respect and preserve the environment. Additionally, we are dedicated to making a difference in the community by donating to select charities on an annual basis.

Monique K. Guice

Director, Sales & Marketing

Monique’s career as a maverick and an innovator started early in her life when she began training and competing as a traditional Scottish Dancer.  The discipline and training that served her in her early years as a dancer has been the cornerstone of her success.  After achieving national recognition as a dancer, she was recruited by Rocky Mountain Designers to be the Vice President of National Sales & Marketing which gave her the opportunity to grow the company’s sales 28% over a three year period.  During her tenure as Vice President at Rocky Mountain Designers she was introduced to the owner of the most exclusive breeder of Quarter Horses.  She immediately became enchanted with the grace and majestic charm of this unique breed of horse.  Consequently she was offered and accepted the position of Vice President, of Global Sales & Marketing.

As VP of Global Sales & Marketing she brought notoriety to this little known breed of horse.  In only 2 years she was able to increase sales 43% and establish a waiting list that prospective owners wished to be included on.  Upon her return to Carmel-by-the-Sea she delved into designing and producing her own custom jewelry.  With her one-of-a-kind designs being offered in only the most exclusive boutiques in Carmel, her pieces are considered priceless.  In an effort to preserve the environment she once again has taken on the challenge of building a brand that will be known for its quality and integrity with An Environmental Detail.
