Q: Are the cleaning solutions you use safe on all kinds of surfaces?
A: Yes, definitely. Upon initial receipt of any solutions we consider adding to our arsenal, we spot test them to make sure they perform as promised and to eliminate the possibility of "surprises."
Q: Do Detail Experiences include cleaning my vehicle's interior as well as its exterior?
A: Complete and Premium Detail Experiences both include some degree of interior cleaning, among other additional enhancements.
Q: How long should I expect a Detail Experience to take?
A: Count on 30-45 minutes or so for your Detail Experience to be completed. That range accounts for our three services-obviously, the more robust the treatment you purchase, the longer it'll take to complete.
Q: Can I get service today?
A: Very likely. Check our Calendar for availability, or call us at 866.222.6992. Generally, we recommend you plan on booking service at least a week in advance.
Q: What type of vehicles are you capable of servicing?
A. Pretty much anything road-worthy: cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, etc. Once you purchase a Detail Experience, we'll get in touch if there's an issue with your vehicle make/model.
Q: Besides servicing my vehicle at my home or workplace, what other locations are available to me?
A. We have locations in the Monterey Bay Area as well as partnership locations at Costco, Home Depot stores and golf courses among others.
